The Global Youth Leadership Institute's "Step it Up" Campaign was nominated yesterday for Best New Project for the prestigious Beyond Sport Award 2010!
Beyond Sport, the global organization that promotes, develops, and funds the use of sport to drive positive social change across the world, chose the "Step it Up" Campaign as the United States nominee from over 350 entries from more than 115 countries worldwide. The award will be given out at the Beyond Sports Summit in Chicago on September 30th, 2010. We are soooo excited!!!

Congratulations to Generation X, winners of Step it Up 2010! The Ozone Steppers took second place, and Urban Motions came in a close third. We are so proud of all the work all ten teams have done this year.
